27Mar- 05Apr13: On Your Own

I will be running, doing push ups, maybe sit ups and some HSPU.

    Got to 9 plus three clean. Didn't feel like I did we'll

    Fri run 2miles and 3rft
    12 dl 9 hang squat clean 6 push press at 135

    Today I did 10 rft
    5 225 dead lift
    10 dips
    10 25# weighted sit ups
    10 leg lifts
    29 minutes.
