Saturday I did the C&J work out, Sunday night I should have done front squat but I really wanted to run. So
ReplyDelete2 miles (20:26) + strict Cindy. 10 rounds, dead hang pull ups, Hand release push ups, squats facing a wall.
This was tougher than i thought it would be.
ReplyDeleteBench press was 135, 185, 205, 215 (2), 225, 230 (which was easy, so i got greedy), 245 (not nearly as easy).
