24May13: FRIDAY. Can you guess what we are doing?

Strength:

Dead Lift:   7x3      Heavier than last time

Bench Press  7x3    Again heavier than last time.



Conditioning

3 RFT
20 Pistols (alternating)
15 Burpees
10 Strict Pull-ups

  1. Did all rds at 275 for the dl and 185 for the bench. I unburied the bench but don't have a spotter so I didn't want t push much. Today we join the local YMCA and I get access to a set rack. Really sore. Did the conditioning at the local elementary school.
