Snatch - 115, 115, 135, 135, 145, 145 (fx2).
ReplyDeleteTried to get perfect form on 145 'cause first one was 'ok'. Missed it behind me twice. Too much speed up and over my head, i couldn't control it.
C&J- 155, 155, 165, 165, 185. Did two jerks per clean to work on form. Got to 185 and pressed it out rather than dropping lower... same issue as always.
Conditnioning: 20:01. Harder than i thought. But a good friday

ReplyDeleteFriday: Ran three miles fast as I could. Wanted to do a modified Cindy at the end, but I completely bonked. Still did three miles under 30 minutes. Fast for me.

5x3 Tempo HBBS @ 225 It was hard, which is sad.
7x3 Bench press @ 210. Needed a spot to get all the reps in
Conditioning
8 rounds of max effort burpee pull ups. Used round 1 to set the target. Got 8 before I had to stop and breath, took 45 seconds. every round after that 8 was the goal.
