Push press: 185. Failed twice at 195. I was getting closer at this weight though.Helen: 9:19. Not a PR. Did not even feel like doing this. Needed to run faster. KB and PU decent.
Did 185. tried to go up ten lbs but I'm too tired from the clown to press it. ran two miles and did fifteen minutes of pull ups dips push ups and ktc
