  1. Per my new Saturday schedule I went to the Y to work out
    HHBS: 5x3@225
    Bench: 7x3 @ a185, 195, 210, 210, 210, 210, 210 didn’t get three reps every set so I’ll do the same load next week.
    Conditioning 5 rounds of 5 reps of
    1 burpee + 2 pull ups Rest 1 minute between each round.
    They have a cable cross machine with pull up bar. So I’m planning to do a pull up heavy conditioning every Saturday.
