Strength

1a)     5x3 DL.      Pause at the knee.  Heavier than last time
1b)     5x3 Bench Press.     Same weight as your reps of 2 last week.

2)       5x3 HBBS @ 65%    Rest 90s.

  1. 245 on DL. Hard to keep back angle till you hit the knee
    225 on bench. 3rd rep is tough.
    225 on back squat- 4 sets

    cond: 7 rounds. died in last 3.
