  1. power snatch wasn't very strong because I was busted up from the day before. 135. failed a few times at one fortyfive.

    totally changed the conditioning.

    took fifteen minutes.

    BUT I did Get thirteen du in a row!

  2. got to 155#. tried to keep snatch close and pull hard. Smacked bar off my forehead. nice work eh?

    Cond: 14 something. Only did 20 Snatch lunges. it was similar to thruster. pushed you to pukie quickly.
