21Jun13: Friday. Arturo comes home day.

This is just for Art, our long lost High Potential, get intouch with the customer engineer.

Short summary of my training (and what will be posted for training here) going foward.

June 24th-28th:    Maybe a little starting strength and BW conditioning.
July 2nd-  7th:      Corona, beach, corona, beach, waves.   REPEAT


July 8th on:      OUTLAWs 16wk squat program.   Have not decided if I'll jump in and stay our typical 1wk behind OR start from scratch and be 3wks behind.   I'm leaning to 3wks.....

CONDITIONING

    6x6 HBBS: 95, 115, 135, 135, 135, 135 - rock bottom focusing on form for every rep.

    Ran 1 mile - 7:11 Ugh! That felt slow.

  2. I'm way behind.
    I did 1RM Snatch: 145. I pulled 155 up to mid chest but couldn't get under.
    1 RM C&J 185. I've officially plateued. I did that with some effort but didn't come close to 195.

    Conditioning 100DU.

  3. Did the squats at 215. Tried to get low and keep midline verticle.

    Cond: 4 rounds. Died after first round. Run slowed.
