25Jun13- Tuesday. Hmmm, what do we normally do on Tues?

Until we start our new cycle (when we are squatting M, W, F) we'll stick w/ Tues as squat day. 

Here is a 'piece' from Rudy that you have to look foward to.   Note the descrption of how legs feel:

*If last week's squats were all easy, and you had zero problem with any reps, you may add between 10 & 20# this week. I
f they became difficult in the last few sets, and you experienced some legitimate soreness, you may add between 5 & 10#. I
f you could not complete all sets, could not walk because you were so sore, and you cursed my name daily, then do not add weight.

HBBS 7X5 @ 70% Plus – rest at least 2 minutes

  1. squats- tried to be more aggressive w/ speed.
    215#. Reps weren't too bad. Soreness not as bad as last weeks 6x6.

    Cond- 19:52. Hard after squatting.
