Mens Over 40 8v8 soccer game 9:30 Thursday night. 25 minute halves, played about 47 minutes. It was a blast.

Squats- Nailed them all. Felt fine. Hips a bit sore. ankles sore. Concentrated on perfect form.
Bench- 165. It was tough.
Then rowed 30s 90s recovery. 5 rounds. 2100m (don't recall exact number).
