2a) Front squat: 1X5@65%, 1X4@75%, 1X4@80%, 1X4@85% – rest as needed
2b)  Bench press:    Body weight x 8

CONDITIONING
1 min:    ME Strict Pull ups
Annie-   50-40-30-20-10  DU/ Sit ups
1 Min:   ME Strict pull ups

  1. did this on 16oct13. Squats felt good excep the Front squats. Did 5s. Heavier weight was tough keeping midline.
    Conditioning: 22, 9:43(horrible), 21
