Monday: FINAL WK of SS

First things first.   Do you recongize your local HQPT owner?

DS is now a certified trainer.  Congrats. 

On to the good stuff-
3x5 squat
3x5 bench
2x15 weighted dips

3 RFT:  275 DL x 10 & 50 DU   (why not?)

  1. squats, not bad (5,4,5). Getting heavy at 255#
    Bench not too good (3,3,3).
    Skipped DL and Dips

    Metcon 9:42 w/ 275#. Last time 8:42 w/ 225.
    Last round of DL killed me. Did 2s and 3s.
