Wed Wk 5 SS 'A' Routine

A Routine
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 DL
2 x15 Weighted dips (45#)
245-  No probems doing them.  Trying to keep perfect form.  Not sure if i was low enough
225-  3x4.  NO Spotter.
355-  2/1/1, 1.    Got all 5 but did 2, 1,1 walked away from bar and came back for the last one about 10s later.

15/10 on the dips.

The whole morning I was asking why i was in the gym.  Didn't feel like being there.  I'm missing the 'sexy metcon' and the accomplishment of a timed WOD or AMRAP.  But in the end felt good after I left.  The goal is to get stronger, and the work has to be done.   Your parents always told you that Hard Work pays off, well it does in the gym and life.
