I haven't quite finalized the plan exactly, but this is probably the week ahead:
M- Championship fight. 5 round triplet with work rest periodization.
T- Continuing the speed work. 6 800M repeats with 400M recovery between.
Bonus:
1min of each movement for total reps:
pull ups, sit ups, squats, push ups (any order)
W- 15,12,9,6,3 DL & BP
DL= 165% of BW
BP= 110% of BW
Th- Pyramid
row 500m, 750, 1000, 1000, 750, 500.
rest 90s between rounds. (if sharing rower rest while one working, but do 50 DU each rest period)
F- an evil, evil bi7ch is on tap. EVA.... (unless mainsite is too irresistible between now and friday)
