Cindy- Amped up (11jan wod)


The workout:

10min CAP!
50 kb swings (to get you in the groove)
then as many rounds as possible:
5 C2B (chest to bar pull ups)
10 Hand Release Push Ups (feet on 3-4" riser)
15 Front Squats (115#)

Yes I had tape on our split bar to insure chest was to bar.
MER qualified for the MASTERS division, so he did chin over bar and 95#.
GARY the Gorilla continues to get stronger with better and better ROM.

As you can see, Gary the Gorilla and MER continue to inspire with their effort and drive. 







 As for me, this work out sucked the life out of me.  Questioned why I wasn’t running long slow runs and scenic bike rides.  Something about the 115# Front Squats did me in.
