5 rope climbs

Sub for 5 Rope climbs is 15 Deadhang pull ups with 1 Knee to Elbow between pull ups.
Pull up, k2e, pull up, k2e (get it?)

    squats were good: 195, 210, 225, 240
    8 seemed like a lot.

    metcon- i was smoked by GSully and MER. Had no legs to go fast on burpees or snatch.
