By request, here is a preview of the week ahead.
My schedule is getting tossed upside down by the reshuffle of vapirs, but here is the plan for each day:
M-   1RM Jerk, Diane (21,15,9 DL, HSPU)
T-    Hang Cleans,  1RM squat, ME- Burpees, MU, Mile
W-  1 RM Bench/ Weighted Pull UP.    Row 2k
Th- Rest
F-   1 RM DL
I am off Friday so will probably find a way to do that on WOD on Thursday.  
Low on total work, but you need to bring the intensity!
