  1. 300# on squat. I do better when i don't think about what i'm doing. If you give me reps and % its easy. If you tell me to find a 1rm or 3rm i struggle.

    Conditioning: 19:03. MER destroyed me on sit ups, but row almost made up for it. We died at the same time on push ups
