5X3 Tempo HBBS @ 80% – rest 60 sec.

*Notes: Quick descent, 3 counts (seconds) in the rock bottom, bounce and quick back up.

  1. HBBS wasn't bad. Did same weight as last week, but cut rest to 60s.

    Conditioning. HSPU killed me (as usual), but getting better at them.
    round 1: Did 30, but 4-5 had questionable range of motion
    Rd2: Attempted 17, last 4 were getting smaller ROM.
    Rd3: 2 horrible ones, long rest then 3 pretty good ones.
    DU/T2B were cake. 17:56.
