HBBS wasn't bad. Did same weight as last week, but cut rest to 60s.
ReplyDeleteConditioning. HSPU killed me (as usual), but getting better at them.
round 1: Did 30, but 4-5 had questionable range of motion
Rd2: Attempted 17, last 4 were getting smaller ROM.
Rd3: 2 horrible ones, long rest then 3 pretty good ones.
DU/T2B were cake. 17:56.
