07jun13: Friday. DL and Bench baby. (like it would be something else)

We are traning.  The song will remain the same (for a bit).

Strength

DL  7x3.    Heavier than last time if you got all reps

Bench 7x2.   Heavier than last time if you got all reps.



CONDITIONING

10min AMRAP
5 Heaving Snatch Balance (80%)
10 Pull ups
15 Wall Balls

    400M
    5 Frt sq @ 135
    10 strict pull ups
    7 Rds + 400M + 5 squats.

    Varied pull ups (overhand/underhand) each time.
    After 4th round, switched to back squats. Paused at bottom on every rep.
    First 4 400s @ 1:45. Nxt 4 about 2:00

  2. FRIDAY
    Did something a bit different on Deads. Lowered the weight to 225 and did a pause after first pull (at knee). Tried to keep back angle exactly the same from ground to the knee. Then pulled to top and did an exaggerated shoulder shrug (kind of like the first two pulls on the clean)
    225,225,225,225,225, 275, 257 (flip grip last set 'cause set 6 was hard to hang on)
    Bench: 225 all seven sets.

    Conditioning: 4 rounds + 5+10+8 wall balls

    Shoulders soo sore from C2B on Wed. Made snatch balance and pull ups tough today.
