Varied pull ups (overhand/underhand) each time.
After 4th round, switched to back squats. Paused at bottom on every rep.
First 4 400s @ 1:45. Nxt 4 about 2:00
FRIDAY
ReplyDeleteDid something a bit different on Deads. Lowered the weight to 225 and did a pause after first pull (at knee). Tried to keep back angle exactly the same from ground to the knee. Then pulled to top and did an exaggerated shoulder shrug (kind of like the first two pulls on the clean)
225,225,225,225,225, 275, 257 (flip grip last set 'cause set 6 was hard to hang on)
Bench: 225 all seven sets.
Conditioning: 4 rounds + 5+10+8 wall balls
Shoulders soo sore from C2B on Wed. Made snatch balance and pull ups tough today.
