  1. It took me two tries to complete this one. The combination of heat and lack of mental toughness took me out on Wednesday. But last night I got it done.
    Snatch at 115. Form looked good. Was getting very low and keeping my weight on my heals and my toes pointed forward.
    Modified the conditioning by doing 20 double unders in place of the run. Got a PR of 10 consecutive DU. Did squat cleans until the middle of the 2nd round, than I had to cut back to power cleans. Whole thing took me about half an hour. Need to get used to the heat again.
