If your shoulder can handle it.   Do it.

Make sure form is good on pull ups, push ups, and squats.   'Specially the squats.

  1. 37:41. About 1min off my PR. I have no rational except that its tough. I didn't have anyone pushing/pacing my run so the last mile was very slow.
