24Sep13. Probably missigng HBBS & Frt squats by now

  1. A day behind. Not having the gym in the morning kills my schedule.
    Worked up to 185# on C&J. Tried to make them perfect. Jerks good. Hang clean a bit all over the place.
    Conditioning: Struggled w/ DUs till the end. Burpees sucked. 185 power cleans a bit heavy for conditioning, so went to 170. Did 2min rest between sets except 4&5.

    3:40; 3:10; 3:12; 8:11(set 4&5 combined).
