2 Power Clean & Jerks @ 75% of 1rm Power Clean.

5:00 ME KB Snatches 24/16kg (apportion anyhow)
Run 1 Mile
*There is no break after the KB Snatches.
Power snatches at 120. Pretty easy. worked on keeping bar close

Cond: 5min of KB Snatches- 70. Not bad, not hurried.
1mile run- 8:30. DIED. No legs after the 5min of snatches. I need to get in shape!!!!!
