Snatchs- did 140. Started to loosen up, legs. (Still feel like crap from last week).

Pull ups did 8-10 each round

KB- 25,22,23
B BJ- 9, 8, 8 (really don't remember).
Wasn't hurting from cardio, just had no strength to do any of these movements...
