  1. C&J- 135; 145; 155; 170; 185. Did 2+1, 2+1, 1+1 @ 185.
    Didn't have a lot of speed on the jerk.
    GM+OHS- I can not OHS w/ a close grip. Just doesn't work......
    DB Row- 85; 100; 100; 100

    CONDITONING- 12 pull ups; 12; 8; 8. (first 2 runs 1:30ish, then 1:39...)
