clean and jerks: 20s @ 150 (this was tough)
ReplyDelete60s @ 185. A couple crappy jerks, but pleased w/ this. 90%ish.
Conditioning: 5 rounds, 11 reps. didn't use legs enough on push press early and it killed me.
squat clean and jerks: 20s @145 this was brutal. I think 3 per minute is about all of these I can do.

conditioning, subbed 30 135#DL for the row. subbed 7 dips and 7 push ups for the pull ups. Did 5 rounds, 7 dips and 7 pull ups. feels rough. Looking forward to tomorrows WOD.
