15Apr13- TAX Day, mythical de-load week.

It is technically a deload week for the outlaw, but i'm only in M-W so its not for me.....

15min to find 1RM Snatch (or just snatch skill work)



Conditioning

Complete three rounds for time of:
95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

  1. Since i'm only M-W this week, its all modified.

    Snatch: 135 was easy, then missed 145 three times. Finally w/ 10s to go, Did 145 again and it went up w/o any problems. Strange how concentration and keying on the right cues help sometimes.

    BADGER: 31:19 (PR by 2:36). Didn't think i PR'd by how dead i fealt on the last run. Sq cleans felt pretty good, cardio killer all the way through.
